Toll manufacturing, ook bekend als loonproductie van chemicali\u00ebn voor derden, contract manufacturing, blending service en roeren en mengen van chemie.<\/p>\n

Tolling is tegenwoordig een veelgebruikte service door de chemische industrie, zowel multinationals alsook nationale specialistische chemische leverancier maken ervan gebruik om productierisco\u2019s te verminderen of zich te kunnen focussen op de core business. Standaardprocedure is dat het loonproductie bedrijf de formule (veelal onder NDA) verkrijgt, de grondstoffen inkoopt (of de klant levert deze aan), het product produceert en verpakt tegen een productie-fee. AD Productions biedt hierbij tevens de service aan om de (eind)producten rechtstrees aan de eindgebruiker te leveren onder naam van de klant.<\/p>\n

Waarom maken bedrijven gebruik van loonproductie?<\/h3>\n

De productie van veel chemische stoffen vereist gespecialiseerde productiefaciliteiten en middelen. Starten met een dergelijke productie vereist een hoge investering. Omdat AD Productions als toll manufacturer reeds meerdere bedrijven bedient en een breed scala aan chemicali\u00ebn produceert kan zij dit op een kostenbewuste manier uitvoeren. De klant profiteert hierdoor van de opgebouwde kennis en ervaring, hoeft geen investering in eigen productiecapaciteit te doen en kan zodoende makkelijk de levercapaciteit vergroten zonder de noodzaak tot investering in nieuwe kapitaalgoederen en processen.<\/p>\n

Een ander bijkomend voordeel is dat klanten het risico voor compliance met relevante wet- en regelgeving aanzienlijk kunnen beperken doordat AD Productions hier reeds ruime ervaring in heeft. Zo is AD altijd op de hoogte van veranderende wetgeving omtrent etikettering, vervoer, mileu etc.\u00a0 Dit is natuurlijk extra van belang bij de productie van gevaarlijke chemicali\u00ebn.<\/p>\n
