Echter is onderhoud ook een kostbaar punt. AD Chemicals is erin geslaagd om met diverse partners in de keten een techniek te ontwikkelen waardoor installaties minder belast worden en dus minder onderhoud vergen. Het mooie van deze techniek is dat deze direct implementeerbaar is in alle typen chemische voorbehandelingslijnen. Door het toepassen van deze techniek vindt aanzienlijk minder opbouw van aanslag in leidingwerk en warmtewisselaars plaats. En nog belangrijker, de slibvorming in bijvoorbeeld het beitsbad kan tot maar liefst 80% worden gereduceerd.<\/p>\n<h3>Besparen op verbruik chemicali\u00ebn<\/h3>\n<p>Door toepassing van de nieuwe techniek wordt de levensduur van chemische baden verlengd waardoor tot 10% bespaard kan worden op de uitgave van chemicali\u00ebn. Een ander bijkomend voordeel is dat er tot 50% minder spoelwater nodig zal zijn. Zo gaan besparen en duurzaam ondernemen hand in hand.<\/p>\n<h3>Besparen op afvalwater<\/h3>\n<p>Ook de kosten voor het afvoeren en verwerken van afvalwater zijn de afgelopen jaren fors gestegen. Op dit vlak heeft AD Chemicals ook een optimalisatiemogelijkheid gevonden. Door toepassing van een nieuwe innovatieve techniek kunnen eenvoudig en doelgericht CZV-waardes (chemisch zuurstofverbruik), aluminium, zink en andere verontreinigende stoffen verlaagd worden.
