Cleaning
Conventional cleaning-processes are coming under greater scrutiny as a result of more severe environmental regulations.
Besides the chemicals and equipment that are necessary for neutralising effluent, water consumption is becoming an issue as well. Together with this, the granting of licences for new production plants by governments is subject to more stringent control with account being taken of the best available alternatives.

Conversion Coating
Water pollution in conventional conversion processes is a serious problem that in the future will be tolerated less and less.
CCT's chemcoater process, because it is a closed loop system, does not produce any effluent at all, and because it is chromate-free it is safe to work with and environmentally friendly.

Care for the environment
CCT have developed conversion and backcoats which do not contain heavy metals such as chrome. By using the correct equipment and the CCT range of chemicals all effluent is eliminated!

Cost Reduction
As a result of the fact that the CCT product-range consists of predominantly no-rinse products means that 100% of the chemicals purchased are used for creating the conversion coating.
In conventional applications only part of the chemicals are used, while the rest is waste and potential pollution. Conventional systems often need waste water treatment as well. In comparison the CCT process saves water, chemicals and waste water treatment costs.

Safety
Safety in the working environment is essential to all workers in the Coil Coating industry. CCT has developed chemicals, which are safe to work with, but do not compromise on quality.
