Early Supplier

Tailor made solutions

Over the past few years there has been a radical change in the perception of the supplier's role.
Production standards and delivery requirements have become far more stringent. In the food processing industry for example, much higher standards are now being set for the quality of food containers. This is driven by a concern for the potential risk of contact between food products and heavy metals.

In the automotive industry parts treated with a chrome-free finish also eliminate a health and safety hazard. No chrome particles are released in the grinding and polishing processes, while in a motor vehicle's end-of-life recycling process there are again no heavy metal particles that can be released into the environment.

CCT's involvement at the beginning of a customer's development process makes the company different; in a critical way. Critical, because CCT are frequently able at the outset to offer research advice and problem solving services which can be the difference between success and failure.
This approach, together with CCT's expertise and experience, helps customers achieve their targets rapidly and at a lower cost.

Proven and tested systems, specifically designed without toxic elements such as hexavalent chromium represent just one area of research at CCT. Production results with aluminium for example, have shown that CCT's products comply with the highest mechanical standards and requirements in terms of humidity and corrosion protection.
This outstanding anti-corrosion performance is not only due to the high humidity resistance of the products, but also to their excellent adhesion properties, both to the substrate and paint.
