AD Productions B.V. blends fluids as well as powders for its customers. The dissolution of powders in various fluids also constitutes part of the activities. Annually AD Productions produces over 15,000 tons of chemical preparations.
Final products can be delivered in a large variety of packing; from 10L cans up to and including IBCs, but also in tank lorries, ISO containers and, for example, sea containers.
AD Productions can blend chemicals pertaining to the following ADR classes for you:
Class 3: Flammable liquids
Class 4.1: Flammable solids
Class 5.1: Oxidising agents
Class 6.1: Toxic substances
Class 8: Corrosive substances
Class 9: Miscellaneous (dangerous) substances
AD Productions B.V. takes its responsibility for the environment seriously; resulting in a rich tradition of environmentally friendly products and production processes.
To this end AD Productions B.V. has, among others, the following facilities at its disposal:
- fire detection system;
- own fire extinguishing/sprinkler installation;
- tank with 300,000 litres of fire extinguishing water;
- fire resistant walls;
- automatic level measuring on tanks;
- good ventilation in combination with active carbon filters;
- liquid-tight concrete floors;
- separated storage of the various raw materials and final products (according to CPR 15-2 standards);
- three separated sewer systems;
- concrete trays for storage tanks.
The production personnel of AD Productions B.V. is well-trained (among others VAPRO). If necessary additional trainings are provided, for example upon the introduction of new products/manufacturing processes. Each assignment is a stand-alone project at AD Productions B.V. during which it will be assessed which resources can best be deployed. Knowledge and experience of operators, production personnel and laboratory technicians play an important role in connection therewith.
